Source for Old Phone Books

If you like shooting phone books, the next door.com app is a good place to find them. It is a social networking site for neighborhoods. Most of the threads are posts regarding subjects like neighborhood crime and lost pets. I posted a thread this morning looking for phone books and I got a response within an hour. The app has also opened up pesting opportunities for me.

I work for the local telephone company. We throw away (recycle) cases of phone books every year when the new ones come out. Just ask for outdated ones. Or you can stop by the post office in some locations or a phone company and get several new ones. They are free to the public.
