We Are Becoming Noticed

If we are concerned about losing our freedoms we need to be more active in the legislative process. Being a vocal enthusiast that pays close attention to what the anti freedom folks are doing to further their goals perhaps we can prevent the loss of more of those freedoms. Unfortunately where I live it is actually illegal to even fire a pellet gun in my own basement. Nassau County NY prohibits the use of slingshots ,bows or any air gun even airsoft within the bounds of the entire county  I don't know when that was written into law but the restrictions are there.  Perhaps when I was living in other places with less restrictive mindsets.

I would hate to live in a nanny state. Thank God that our founding fathers had the wisdom & forethought to come up with the Electoral College. Otherwise, the liberals on the coasts would be dictating to the rest of the country.

A lot of those same folks are moving out of places like California, moving to states like Texas & Florida. Unfortunately, they're bringing with them their lame brained social/political ideology, i.e. high taxes, government regulations, socialist policies, etc. that has caused the problems they have in California.   

I subscribe to less, not more government.

Well stated regarding the Electoral College.  It reduces the chance of mob rule rule determined by the masses. 

As I mentioned in my previous post: act responsibly and affirm your status as a voter.  Our individual self-determination and personal freedoms should not be traded away.
