Newly Fitted GRT3 TRIGGER
«
on:
July 17, 2011, 10:37:15 AM »
Hi to all Airguuners at GTA.
Just fitted the GRT3 trigger to my Benjamin Trail.22 Hardwood. Talk about a change, its like having a totally different Gun. Definitely the Rolls Royce of triggers. I now have a silky smooth trigger pull, a much shorter length of pull. Its transformed my Gun. On test I got 3 bulls at 75 feet, with the 1st five pellets, not bad for me as Im a lousy shot.!!! My advice to all Benjy owners, if you havent already got one of these amazing GRT3 triggers, go out and spend the $30 bucks, and buy a miracle. You wont regret it. My only other advice, is to READ THE INSTRUCTION, CORRECTLY.
Im extremely happy and pleased, and now need to practice my shooting skills.

Not only does it work very well in my Titan, the service Bob gives is outstanding. I received a confirmation email right away and responses to followup emails. I sent cash to make things easier for both of us and there were no problems. Best $32 I've spent on my guns. I don't think I've heard of anyone that was unhappy with their trigger.

CDT's GRT-III trigger has gone through years of refinements. The triggers are constantly being upgraded per small deviations that manufacturers make with new model airguns. Bob stays on top of the newer models coming out to make sure that the GRT-III ergonomically comfortable and working at it's best. Bob listens to feedback and does what it takes to make sure everyone is pleased with their purchase.
Even the early Crosman NPSS he developed an excellent design change that gives the NPSS a much better feeling trigger and also will last the life of the air gun.
Not to mention the new GRT-IV trigger. Even though Gamo went in the wrong direction with these new plastic triggers Bob spent months working with CNC Machinist to develop a trigger that was easy to squeeze with again fine ergonomics and design.
And the $32.00 is well worth every penny.

To. Wcoastbo and gene_sc.
Got to agree with all of your comments regarding service and expertise from CDT. I only ordered my trigger about 2 weeks ago, and I live in the UK. And now its fitted and working. He keeps on top of things as well, wanting feedback on all aspects of the transaction. Got to give him 10/10 for customer satisfaction and value for money. Highly recommended.

Thanks to all of you... I really do appreciate your support of not only the GRT-III and GRT-4G triggers but also the CBR trigger for the Crosman NPSS guns.
I do ask for and appreciate my customers, you, sending me their comments, good or bad, after they install their new GRT-III trigger(s). You help me in my decision making regarding any needed trigger modifications or improvements.
The occasional bad ones that I do get usually wind up being caused simply by the customer not reading and/or following the installation instructions...
And as everyone that has purchased from me knows, I send at least a simple response to every single one of my customers that e-mail me to acknowledge and thank them for their comments.
Thank you all again

Crosman refered me to the GRT III. They have to mass produce the crappytiggers to protect the public form injury. Thing of a 12 year old with a trigger like that. Injury waiting to happen

I don't think that too many are aware of it but Crosman does read our forum and especially the Crosman/ Benjamin gate and do so almost every day. And believe it or not, they do "listen".
After all... many of you guys are their business, both present and future...
Also... Gene as well as a couple of the staff and a couple of members are in touch with one or two of the Crosman people almost every day.

It's the same with mass produced blackpowder guns, and some modern firearms as well. They are so lawyered up from the factory that they almost build them not to fire so nobody gets hurt. First thing I do to almost any gun I get is the trigger. My NP XL got here a couple days ago, and I just might order a trigger this week

I'm expecting my GRT3 in sometime this week to go in my Trail All Weather .22 and with what all of you have been saying I'm looking forward to it. Got my email with instructions this afternoon. I do have a question though. Does the plastic piece that holds the factory 2nd stage screw come out as well as the trigger spring with the trigger?
