Leapers/UTG 4x32 fixed objective long term review

This started out as a reply to a fellow member's post, when I realized that it was actually a long overdue and well deserved review. I apologize that I don't have any pictures. Here goes...
Disclaimer- I have never even registered a scope with leapers/utg for warranty. Couldn't tell you how they will treat you when you return a scope. I can say I've always gotten my money's worth and then some, and here is why:
I have treated every scope mounted to a spring gun like a disposable item to be completely honest. I have used almost nothing but fixed 4x32 scopes on them, with few exceptions. Those exceptions, usually Centerpoint 4-16x40's, almost never really worked out.
When I first got bit by the airgun bug, I bought a lot of magnum and ultra magnum springers. Walther talon magnum, Benjamin Trail Xl, Ruger Air Magnum to name a few, all known scope killers.
On a ultramag springer, scopes usually are just a disposable item, no matter the price. I kept it cheap, simple, and easy by using almost nothing but cheap fixed scopes that cost under $50.
Of all the sub- $100 (not a typo) scopes I have tried, Leapers/UTG fixed 4x32 scopes have lasted the longest. At the price point, for a scope to go 3,000+ rounds on a Walther Talon Magnum with a marginal breech seal (pre tune) is pretty doggone good if you ask me. Unbeatable, really. That particular scope saw duty on several other rifles and back on the WTM after it was sold, bought back awhile later, and home tuned. A 34 FPE springer with the right pellet, once I got her running right. Was hitting 24-26 fpe before I got it sealed good and proper, imagine the effect on a scope! Gun like that will break any optics you put on it, just a matter of time.
Eventually that scope broke on a standard (not an XL) .22 cal Trail. By then it had been put through the ringer on a lotta different guns.
I have probably bought, sold, and traded at least a half dozen of these UTG 4x32 fixed objective scopes and they have all worked well for me. Only ever broke one. Compare that to all the scopes I have paid a whole lot more for and still broken over the years, you really can't compare them to anything under $100 for durability.
Leapers/UTG are pretty much made for users of airguns. Might not be great glass for 500+ yards, but inside springer range in a spring gun, you can't beat em at the price.
With all the UTG haters, UTG has earned this review from me. Just my own experience, your mileage may vary.
