    I'll take a few shots over the chrono when I get home tonight. I'm here at the hospital with the Better Half. She had her second total knee replacement surgery Tuesday. She's one tough cookie, she barely had the left one done June 12, 2018 yup....7-8weeks ago!!

  The Boss Lady is doing great, she might be able to come home tomorrow God Willing. She is walking, today she walked 185' surgery was Tuesday and Doc says she is way ahead of most ppl. This woman is amazing, very positive and determined to get well. We have not been able to walk the dogs, dance or go hiking when we take our RV out. Both knees were completely bone to bone.

   Not sure what the FPE is but, she is very smooth and accurate. I use this gun to take out many critters, puts these big Tx Jacks down complete pass thru with any issues. I hope this helps.

   Went to AOA Airgun Calculators average speed was 829 with the 10.65 Barracuda Match FPE is 16.1
plenty of energy and plenty of range. At this fpe shot cycle on this gun is sweet, cocking effort is very smooth and easy. I love this set up, LOL i love all my set ups!!!!!! My favorite gun is the one in my hands at the time.

Maybe you are too much into wood and steel rifles, maybe not, I do not know much about your likes and dislikes, BUT

Let me make you an offer:

After I return from Poland (September 2-3) I will start a series on the 0.177" cal Mauser AM-03
It would be a privilege and a pleasure if you accepted to test one in full power mode.
If, after testing, you want to keep it, the rifle will be yours for the same price as you would have paid straight out from PA. I only ask that you document (write and photo) your experiences so that I/we can write something.

The Mauser AM-03 is basically a 340 N-tec, which is basically a 34 with a Nitrogen Spring in it.
It is light, only a few ounces heavier than the Meisterschütze ProCompact. it has an excellent balance; and ergonomics (cheek piece and trigger break point) are more than adjustable for any shooter.
They are accurate and they can easily make the 16 ft-lbs you're after, or go to 20 ft-lbs in 0.22" cal.

They do need some TLC (we can talk more about this in a PM), but once settled, they are truly wonderful shooters.

This is a 35 yards 5 shot group shot with a 0.22" cal AM-03 at 20 ft-lbs with 11.75 grs pellets, including the first "cold bore" shot, the black aiming mark is a little under ½":

Hector thank you for this very kind offer!!!!!   but I'm going to pass, I think I have my mind set on a HW80, I did a side by side with my 97k and my R1, my R1 .20cal with the chopped barrel 12.25'' with the can on it is shorter in length a few inches compared to the 97 with a can on it and it about a pound or more lighter as well, so I think this is the route I'm going to go on this thank you all for ur replies
