Question about barrel liners

I'm thinking about a custom build, & I'll need a barrel. Need four land four groove, 1:20 twist, polygonal profile shallow rifling on the last 3" from the muzzle, in .177 caliber. I'm leaning towards TJ's liners since so many here have had such good experiences with dealing with him & are happy with his his products. But I have some questions since this will be my first time ordering from TJ.

Does TJ's make polygonal rifled barrels?

Track of the Wolf buys from TJs, but you want to talk to Mike directly.... TJ's does not have a website.... I have no idea if they make Polygonal barrels, I have never seen one.... but if they can make a mandrel, then they should be able to....
