Crosman M417

Are these M417 worth $80? Are they accurate enough to destroy Coke cans from say 15yds?

Considering the base rifle it was built from,
the 760. Yes, it will destroy a pop can at
15 yards, probably 40 yards.

The M417 does have a rifled barrel though,
(the 760 models don't)
should be ably to find a pellet it likes real well.

I personally would not consider using BB's in it.
If you are,, just get a 760.

I agree i never use BBs in a rifled barrel and this should have some good power. I will let you no how she shoots as soon as i get mine the wife ordered it last night for my B-Day next month they said will start shipping 10/31 i hope they do but I'm not counting on it.
