The EDgun probe comes with the 1/8" threads.  I dont know why they don't just start making all the probes one piece with a male foster.  Or just make everything quick disconnect!

Most manufacturers use a probe fill system, it's only the americans that use fosters,.....maybe they should change to probes

I always knew in the back of my mind that I would hate probes. All My AG's have had foster's.

Rainstorm arrived and was probe filled. Scared the bejesus out of me first time I used it. I pictured it shooting out like a bullet so hand held it when filling.

I be darned. Smooth as glass. No tugging on it to see if it locked like a foster. No having to reach partway into a stock to un-lock it.  Hatsan was made fo brass. Boo! Evanix is Stainless Steel. Yea! 

Now if the different makers would standardize the probes, as the Fosters are, It would be a wonderful life!

The UK sells a few with the Foster male fitting machined  on the end, all in one piece, all stainless. I would like to have one of those!

FX is made in Sweden and they use Foster....  so it’s not just Americans.

Actually FX has some models with Foster like the Impact because of the bottle, but tube guns have probes.

Who likes all the different fill probes ? its so annoying!!!

The reason they don't use one piece probes is that a large part of the world screws the 1/8 BSPP 8mm fill probe into their micro whip hose.  I send the guns out with an adaptor.  Personally I like fill probes, keeps the gun looking clean,  Edgun probes fit many other brands

So glad you are a member on these forums now!  Any idea when the .30 cases will be back I stock?
