So my uncle has had a Umarex Octane in .22 for a little over 800 pellets, and it just lost its power and is shooting all over the place... Anyone know what could be wrong with it?

It sounds like a gas ram leak. It happened to my Hatsan 95 before. I since converted it to a spring piston.

Breach seal would cause low power and bad vertical accuracy, loose screws will just cause inaccuracy .

I tore the gun down last night and didn't see anything wrong... So i put it back together, made sure to tighten the screws. I cocked the gun to have the piston pressurized and left it over night, this morning i woke up and it still was fully cocked. I have yet to see if its still has power loss, don't have any .22 and my uncle gave up on it and wanted to smash it and toss it in the trash.... So i am leaving him alone.... I am thinking its the seal and the stocks forward screws where lose... Thought i am not sure it had much affect.

Walmart should have .22 cal pellets cheap enough. If it's the breech seal, you can try the tissue test. Cock it, load it, close it, lay a piece of tissue aka kleenex over the breech, point in a safe direction and shoot. If it blows the tissue off or tears a hole in it, you have a bad breech seal which would contribute to the power loss.
