I would hesitate on the HPA conversions. Who holds the ball if it fails?  This is one area where I prefer to deal with proven domestic sources.

Which is the other reason I passed on the conversion... The kit has you modifying a 13xx tube.  It installs like a Hipac as far as I could tell...

I did my own PCP coversion on the 1377

it was loosely based on the Russian version , but its true.. theirs is a 3k unit and no info on the wall thickness or overall design.. I'm sure its safe, but I wouldn't fill it

I could be wrong, but it looks like it's a cylinder and valve in one, so the 13XX tube wouldn't see any pressure. Probably wouldn't be any sketchier than filling the tubes on the other "quality" foreign guns we see.

matt you are correct , the unit is self contained , and applies no pressure to the 13xx exactly like mine was designed.. and yes, the tube wall on some of the Chinese guns at the thread root can be scary ( .039 or less ) .. and that's not even bad compared to a hipac unit with .025 tube wall
