Air rifle rail gun?

I'm wondering if anyone's ever seen a rail gun based on an air rifle action...

For a second there i thought you where talking about a Electromagnetic Railgun... I didn't even know these "Rail Guns" existed... So its just a bolt action rifle on a fixed mount?

I also thought he was talking about an electromagnetic style.   Which would sorta make since as they often use HPA to get the projectile moving until that magnetic fields take over.
