FINALLY!!

It's been a while since I've been able to actually shoot my PCP's.  New house, work, work on the house.  All conspired to not so good my free time away.  I've just now been able to finally set up my compressor and SB.  I'm very happy, to say the least!!  Not sure if I posted here about this gun, but here it is (or maybe again), my window thumper.  This one will mostly be for my backyard pests.  Of course, I can take it anywhere, but I built it specifically for thumping pests in the backyard.

It still has it's 12" barrel, it has an o-ring behind the top hat, and the only tuning is setting the top hat and power wheel setting to Tagdagger's specification- I'm going to see what all this does on the chrony veeery soon!!

I should be able to sight her in sometime this week!

    Agreed...  Funny story, I actually bought the TalonP when I saw this bullpup kit  At the time, I had been trying to figure out what .25 I wanted to get- I wanted quiet and compact.  I didn't want to spend too much money on it, so most bullpups were out of the question.  To be honest, I wasn't even remotely interested in bullpups.  I didn't want a carbine or a rifle, as I already have so many.  I wanted something different.  I also didn't want to spend too much on the "Backyard Thumper".  Once I saw this kit though, I went on a search for a used TalonP.

    This kit just kinda spoke to me... it looked nimble, was the right size, and is a straightforward conversion- I didn't want to buy a lot of custom parts for the "Backyard Thumper" project.  This also didn't really feel like a bullpup to me.  Any way you look at it, it's different.  The best part was, I was able to essentially keep it a factory gun, but with the bullpup kit.  If I didn't need the suppression, I wouldn't have bothered with the LDC.  But alas, I NEEDED this gun to be as quiet as possible.  Which- I'm not sure if it is, as I haven't shot it yet.  But again, I'll let y'all know, for sure!!  If I need more suppression, I'll be on the search for a new LDC.  But I haven't read about anyone who is at all unhappy with their Talon Tunes LDC's.
