Is the winchester 1000 really a gamo or a daisey. if it is a gamo can i convert to nitro piston?

Daisy-Powerline-Winchester 1000 series guns were made in Turkey for Daisy. A few years ago they moved production to China, as MANY names did. They are not GAMO guns. And I'm sure they CAN be converted to NP. You just need to find the right innards or modify the ones you have to accept the gas spring instead of the mechanical spring. Keep us informed on your progress.
