Anyone using the AEON 10-40 or 8-32?

Asking for a friend that wants to take up long range shooting, & he's interested in getting the Aeon 10-40x50 with trajectory reticle. Not much info out there on this scope, so I thought I'd ask here for him.
If anyone that uses this scope has any advice, views on it, I'd appreciate the feedback.

Yup, I have the 8-32 with trajectory reticle.  What specific questions can I try to answer?  I'm quite happy with it! 

Did you see this review?  I thought it was spot-on.  I don't shift magnification that often so that shift he mentions does not bother me.  But if you do change magnification, it could be a pain...

Thanks for the insight and links Matt. I'll show him those.
I got to admit that I'm really liking the look of that reticle, it looks really fine. I might even get one myself if I like what I see when he gets his, but likely the 6-24 variant.

Just be aware that the lines don't really correspond with any standard units of measurement that I've found.  So you can't use standard trajectory tools to help you estimate holdovers.

I thought as much,but nah that wasn't the purpose. If I buy it the way I'll be using it is that I'll be making range cards for POI & checking them against POA at 4 different magnifications, 8, 16, 24 & 32. I'll be shooting at targets at ranges from 10 yards upwards in increments of 5 yards on all 4 magnifications.

If I do get it, I'll have one sore trigger finger by the time I'm done.

I have the 8x32 on my fx boss and it works well for long range shooting. As mentioned above I don't change magnification on mine so it stays true. With some practice I have gotten a good feel for hold off/over and like the trajectory reticle for that purpose. Not super clear at 32x so mine stays at around 26x. Good luck and happy shooting
