Shoebox clone

Wanted a Shoebox compressor but they're too expensive for me so I designed and built my own with less parts than the comercial version. Shut off pressure is adjustable from 300 to 3k psi and fills my Discovery to 2k in just under 8 minutes.

Any plans to produce kits? Maybe minus the motor which could be procured locally.

Very nice...I am impressed. Would you be willing to send me a message with the parts used and how to put it together?

As far as more pictures, there's not much to show. Behind the block is the pulley and belt. The left side is the pressure switch block with a micro-switch and knob. At top left is just the on-off switch and fuse holder. That's it.
Daveb50: Sorry, no kits. Too much work to get parts manufactured and I don't want to go into competition with Tom Kaye. I also don't have the funds and I'm retired.
Joe: I made the parts in my shop. If you're a machinist type and have a mill and lathe, you could do it yourself as well. The insides are just like the Shoebox. The connections between low and high pressure cylinders are internal to the block instead of outside.

I would like to see a rough drawing of it. Also would like to know what the cylinders are lined with and what way the pistons are sealed. john

Thanks for the positive comments.
John: The pistons sleeves are Delrin and use oring seals. If you check out the Shoebox web site and click on "Support" you will see exactly what is going on inside. You can also look on Youtube and see the videos there to show how it's put together. My version is the same inside except connections between the cylinders is via drilled holes in the block instead of using external tubing.
Hope that helps.

Very googd!
I am interest in manufacturing a pcpcompressor booster based on the shoebox, because I'm in Brazil and imports makes the price gets too high.
Please send me more details!
Thanks,

Hi (if you are still around) did you bore the cylinders using a D bit? What diameter piston rods?
