Awww, crud, mine has a UM not a UG. Sheesh, this stuff gets soo confusing, ugh!I'll see how I like this one, and go from there.
Received my UTG BugBuster yesterday, and so far, disappointed. Feels heavier than I thought it would. Mil-dots are way too small and are difficult to differentiate. Looking through the scope, is like looking through some of my cheapo, no-name scopes. Can't use front lens cap if you install the sun shade. I'll use it this weekend and decide whether to return it or not. I suppose maybe I'm been a bit spoiled after using my new Hawke scope for the past several weeks.

As far as the reticle is concerned you can adjust dioper. take off the rear lens cap and focus the crosshairs in. makes it a little better. I guess I didn't have too high of expaections with the bugbuster. It fits my needs fine.

Way too many mil-dots, way too close together, way too small. I'll see how it goes this weekend when I'll be using it more extensively.

I like to plink my PRod as well on my home range, which can stretch out to about 60yds, so I use the mil-dots frequently.
Well Thanks Dinh! because of you I'm about to order a Hawke Scope....more than I want to spend but hey you can't take it with you lol!
You might have a look through either one of these:https://www.dvor.com/riflescope-clearance-63-2017-06-23.htmlhttps://www.dvor.com/best-optics-under-300-44-2017-06-20.htmlDvor is free to join and when they have sales on stuff, especially Hawke, you can save a bundle. Waiting for the next sale on them myself to pick up a couple more Airmax scopes to go along with the 3 I already have.
I was just out back shooting my home made 1 inch spinners at 40 yards with mine and practicing some 30 yard off hand shooting on my field targets. I like the bugbuster. Especially on days when I'm dead on.
