Every time that this come up, I post about putting a piece of 3/8" Polycarbonate (Lexan) angled up, in front of the sensors,display. It will deflect any low shots upwards. For a few cents worth of scrap plastic, you can keep from making a $100 mistake!

I shot my neighbors chrony awhile back, and just bought both myself and him one at the same time...hah!

I shot my F1 Chrony and took it into them and they fixed it while I waited. They are made about 20 minutes from my house in Mississauga Ontario.

My wife is from Hamilton. We drove out to Mississauga a few years ago when we were on the way to Toronto. Beautiful country. Hope we get to go back sometime. I wonder if I can bring my airguns in for a visit.

After hitting my chrony and having it repaired twice, I decided to stop fighting it.

Safety shields are great, but I seem to have a tendency to hit things, rather than near misses (as required to get a good reading).

So, I calibrated one set of spinner targets as crude ballistics pendulums, and go for it.  Now I get measures of accuracy and downfield energy at the same time.
