Which Titan XS Spring for RWS 48?

It looks like Titan XS offers two springs as direct replacement for the 48. However, one is 11" long and says "std power", the other 10" and says "orig. mod 48/52/54 FAC". What does "Fire Arms Certificated"
Mean, does it have to do with some European restrictions and less power?
Can't find anything else in the advertisement about number of coils, wire diameter or ID/OD. Nothing!
If I wanted the more powerful of the two for replacement, is it as simple as just choosing the longer spring?
Are there other Titan springs that would fit that will give me less than standard or more than standard power?
Thanks.

Hey Skimpy, rhymes with Wimpy(PopEyes hamburger bud)
Welcome!
FAC is the UK designation for more than 12 fpe energy. A FAC spring is strong and in the UK it is the same legal classification as a PB'r.

Yogi,
Gotch'ya. Thanks.
And FWIW: I called AOA this afternoon and a tech there told me........the shorter of the two Springs is indeed for Europe and the 12 fpe rule. Seems they could be a liitle more clearer and precise in the description and clear up any doubt! But what do I know?
