Let me be clear on that.....really haven't decided if the Fusion gets taken apart for parts or not. Has been an on-off kind of rifle for me, about 1/2 the time it just refuses to behave right. I do not like the plastic trigger housing, but can live with it...the safety is one of my least favorites...and it has this shoot great/shoot horrible bi-polar personality.
OK...confessing...I got so tired of that safety that I removed the parts and tossed them over the fence long ago.
I'll give it a try...bee just sitting there neglected for quite some time.

I have a couple personal Fusions... I love them. That safety system is all that is available on either the Fusion or G2... I do have plenty of G1 trigger groups, if that plastic bugs you as much as it does me, but there is another solution: You can't tell what they are made of once they are CeraKoted.
When you tossed those parts, did you replace the sears with G1 parts?

I am glad to hear someone else is going to test out the big bore angle first on these. I don't mind a bit of a rainbow trajectory, but I would like it to have the power for pigs at 50 yards. In an ideal world we could get .45 colt performance. The 9mm should give everyone a good idea of what is possible. Is there a thread on that build yet?
The strike point, that one I want to be a Guinea pig for.

The 60s breath better than the other 7/8 guns (disco, QB, etc), and are the same in all other important aspects, so I fully expect to get similar performance to existing guns. Mike's rig and my Gauntlet are getting Cothran valves and GRS, so they should be able to find the limitations of the 7/8" tube.
They will be featured in my existing threads.
Yeah, we're going to have fun with the Strike Point...

Just to make sure I don't confuse anyone.
I was not disparaging the XS60C/FDPCP/Fusion, I love both of mine. Stalwart can attest to this, only he knows what I have actually spent on them.

They are a nice set of twins.
One marginally smaller than the other... both quite effective.

Still need to get those barrels cerakoted to match at some point.
The .22 being without TKO and massive scope is so light and short I think I will have to get a red dot or really small scope.

You won't regret keeping one light and agile. It's what the XS60 was born to be.
I use dots and Bug Busters on these, whenever I want something quick to shoot.
