At first i taught he was the same guy that start the millenium pumper but it`s likely not...

Salut Alain!
This guy is from Nova Scotia, and he's been working on the development of his rifle for nearly two years. He also have been making top notch wood stocks, mainly for 22xx guns, but he's retired from that now. To my knowledge, he's absolutely not related to the guy that started the Millenium Pumper. The Millenium Pumper was developed by Bob Sterne (rsterne) here on the GTA.
I'm not sure who the other Guy is, except that he's not the Coalmont, BC -> Cookie Man.
