Shooting Blow Back Pistols?

I have a few of these blowback type pellet pistols, I've fitted lasers to some, and some I just shoot with the iron sights. I can't seem to get any of them consistent in a 3 in dia. over about 10 ft., they seem to spray pellets all over the place. Any hold tips or such? I will say some are fast little devils, you can crank off 8 shots in 2 seconds!

If you're getting eight shots in two seconds you're not allowing your C02 pressure to build. It takes time after each shot for it to evaporate and repressurize the gun. How much time between shots if a function of ambient temperature.
There's also hold, trigger control, etc.

Shooting fast will lock up or freeze your valve. Best shooting temps is 70 or above. Let the gun warm up between reloading mags. Wad cutters work best in the blow back guns. I use H&N econ, RWS diabolo basic or hobby. I try to keep the pellet weight between 7gr to 8gr. Trigger time will help improve your accuracy, practice makes perfect.

I have two blow back pistol, a Daisy/Winchester model 11 and a Walter CP99 Compact. Though they are BB pistols, I have no problems hitting small soup cans (2 3/4'' size), or doing 2'' grouping at 25-30 feet. I use a firm grip, better when I use both hands, my right hand rested in my left hand palm. If I shoot them rapid fire-style, accuracy goes out the window. Also, as Miss Lizard said, practice makes perfect. HTH

I have fun with my Walther CP99 and it seems to do a nice job but I much prefer my John Wayne single action, that thing has some good accuracy.

Thanks, I usually wait about 5 sec in between shots, occasionally do an 8 round flurry and I understand that's just a novelty function. I mostly shoot it slow in single action. I may be just to used of the revolver type pistols in SA, which I am accurate to 35ft.. Thanks
