dillon;I assume that you have strupped the allen head part of the screw, not the threads? If so, read on. Many of us have had the same issue. First, and foremost, always clamp the breach down tight before removing or replacing the screw. I use mini vice grip clamps for this. to remove the screw, I sharpened a jewelers screwdriver to a nice true taper and flat point, that was slightly larger than the opening, and place the driver over the allen slot. I then give the screwdriver a good stiff tap to set it into the slot. Now with firm downward pressure on the screwdriver, back out the screw. After a while, the slot from the driver will get too large. Simply step up to the next larger size in teh screwdriver set. When replacing the screw, again, use a good clamp, and use the same firm pressure to tighten the screw. A machinist trick to not strip the screw hole, is to turn the screw with the driver Counterclockwise, until you feel a click. this is the screw finding the threading, and will prevent cross threading. Now simply tighten as normal. Do Not Over Tighten. The clamp takes care of the proper depth. This will allow many removals before needing to replace the screw. Never hurts to order a spare for the future! Knife
I replaced mine with custom high tensile strength, torx head, breech screws. They are listed on ebay for $8. for the pair. Chris

Just ordered a new torx drive breech screw from magnum airpower (Thank you again, Bill). Now I just need to get the old screw out. Going to try to carefully hammer a phillips head into the screw and try to get it to catch to remove it.If anyone has a better technique to remove a stripped screw head, please let me know.Once again, thank you for the responses! I don't know what I would do without this forum.
