Fun Air-gun (Insect) Target

Attached is a fun air gun target that I made today.  It should be a lot of fun with iron sighted 10-meter air rifles.  At about 25-30 yards it should be challenging with a scoped air rifle.

I welcome any suggestions to improve this target or make another fun target using other subjects.

Let me know how it prints for you.  I tried to attach a reduced PDF file but it was too large even though I scaled it down as small as I could get it.

Perhaps your Granddaughters would like the Little Miss Muffet targets.  They have to shoot all the spiders before they scare Miss Muffet away.  Please ignore the fact that the spiders only have 6 legs instead of 8.  I didn't notice that error when I downloaded the clip art.

After your daughter has gone to bed and your buddies come over to shoot at your indoor range you can use this target.

I found some anatomically correct spiders and a prettier Miss Muffet for the Dads to protect when their daughters aren't around.

That looks like a fun target. Nice design. I believe I will use Tink as bonus targets.

If you are not if familiar with it, Acrobat has a file optimization feature that will reduce file size. I would have to be to be at the office to try to walk through the steps and as I remember it varies with the version. If you would like me to try to reduce the file size for you, email me a copy and I will try to reduce it.

Thanks for the compliment.  I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  And I did try to optimize it but when I did, I got a message about the photo files(?) being too small.  I will PM you with my e-mail address.

This is all I have.  I can't take credit for this one.  I'm a little reluctant to make one up that involves shooting people (even dressed as demonic clowns).  I'm not a pacifist but I have a lot of reasons that are too much to put here. 

But for now, let's say that I don't want the kids getting access to any targets that involve shooting people and becoming desensitized about that till they're older and can understand ramifications of using deadly force on someone.

After some feedback I decided to revise the previously posted targets.

The spiders on the original targets were a bit small for some of the youngsters to hit.  They were also challenging for some of the seasoned citizens to hit without optical devices attached to their arquebuses.

So I took of some of the spiders off and enlarged the remainder so everyone would hit something and get a participation trophy.

I also made up another target involving a T-Rex.  Again it's a larger target for the adults who must use optical aids and feel the need to hit something.  I hope everyone enjoys their participation trophy.

Any other suggestions would be welcomed.

PS: I decided to add a practice / sight-in target to the dinosaur target.  Hopefully this will make it easier for the adults to get a participation trophy when the kids kick their butts.
