Airforce tank leaking. Need help Darksiders

I need some help. I have 2 slow leaking tanks, a standard and a micro. After being left for 2 weeks, give or take, the standard seems to be holding at 160 bar. The micro tank seems like it will keep bleeding down. it was at 90 bar when i hooked the pump to it and started pumping. I've located the leak as suggested on a few threads as you can see in the image provided. I've done the putting power wheel to full power and dry firing it a bunch of times. It is leaking out from the area between the brass piece and the area it seats in:
Now, is this something I can fix or should I send it away? I had a thread up previous, on my TalonSS, but after discovering the leak. I just put her away. Oh, and both the tanks are dated 10/06 so they are old. Though they are both in great condition.

These are very simple to fix.
The tools needed are a flat screwdriver and a face pin spanner (or suitable substitute
a pair of drill bits
) Degass, remove the tophat, replace all o-rings, reinstall tophat, fill, and go shoot.

Ok, I got the valve out. So that oring is hard plastic behind the brass piece.
So is that the only oring?
I'm not sure if I was suppose to take the valve stem out of the brass piece?
It looks like there is a oring inside of the brass piece where I removed the valve stem.
How does the valve stem part retain inside the brass piece when a shot of air is fired out? Is it just simple thread lock? Looks to be on the thread brass piece as well.

The seal just pushes on the stem. No loctite on the threads. Just put a new o ring on and tighten until it's bottoms out.
Best to put the seal on the stem when the brass is out of the valve. Then put a little silicone on the threads and o ring and screw the brass piece in. Also easier if you remove the brass spring retainer so the spring is not getting compressed when you screw in the front.
