UTG Scope bit the dust

I had a UTG 3-12X44 compact scope that the IR bit the dust. I called UTG, told them I had a scope and could not remember where or when I bought it. I have since lost the box. They told me to send it in, so I did. I called and checked if they had received the scope (which I knew they did) and they told me they were going to replace the scope. I asked about a upgrade and while I wanted the 8-32X56 they said I would be doing better to get the 6-24X56. Since I only shoot on 12 mag I agreed that they were probably correct. Bottom line is UTG will stand behind their product even if you do not have the original box or receipt as long as you are straight up and honest with them. Soon my replacement scope will be here, and sitting on my D34.

Now for Hawke, waiting on a call from them to see about upgrading my 8-32X56 to a Frontier.

Booger, after replacing 2 4-16X44 for different reasons, Leapers replaced the last one with a glass reticle 4-16X56 no charge. This one is a keeper. Like you said, GREAT SERVICE. A shout out to my contact there, Serge Jaques. He treated me great and was easy to deal with.

My ATAC trashed one 4-16x44 already, and they replaced it no problem. I live close enough to them that I took it to their facility, and dealt with Paul Dewicki.....good guy. I've since started shooting heavier pellets in an attempt to reduce the shock somewhat, but if another fails I'll talk to them about a similar upgrade.
