Change barrel of condor SS

Hey guys,

I recently got a new barrel for my condor SS (replacing .22 to .25) And I have one problem. I removed all the screws and I am unable to slide out the barrel. Is there something I'm missing?  I've searched the web and noticed videos of the non-SS barrels being replaced but not mine. I can't reach in the tip to grab the barrel out. The barrel did slide out a bit when I pushed it after cocking the gun but not all the way out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also I was wondering if I need to change my regulator now that I have a larger caliber. With the .22 I had the regulator set at 2100 psi. You think I need to adjust it to account for bigger pellet?  Thanks in advance.

Be sure you have all the baffles out and the large head screw on the underside that keeps the baffles in place. If all those are removed then there may be a bit of blue Loc Tite that is holding things up or a burr of some type. barrel should come out easy. when re-installing just hand tighten and tighten the under side forward screw first. Remember the longer screws are on the bottom, the shorter are on the side.

I removed a total of 5 screws (two on the side near the power wheel and two on the bottom opposite those side ones and one on the bottom towards the front and obviously the cap).  The barrel is about 3 inches below where I can see it but can't quite get it...  Any ideas how to grab it and pull it?

Once all obstructions are out of the way, Including the hammer  spring and power wheel, and finally bottle, use a 1/2-3/4 dowel rod and lightly tap it while against the breech end of the barrel.  "LIGHTLY"!!!  (A cut off typical house hold broom stick will work as well. 

You have go slow and gently, to prevent bending the thin breach area of the barrel.

After a while of shooting, especially with an LDC, lead dust accumulates around the bushings, simi welding them in place. But it breaks away using this method.

Unscrew the tank, which allows you to run a wooden dowel in though the rear,  and push it out.

Thanks for all the reply.  I finally got it out.  I didn't realize how DIRTY it was in there. Like Knife said, it was stuck due to all the gunk from the pellets.  I heard you don't need to clean the gun very often but man was it dusty with lead.  The baffles were filthy too so I washed those.  Once I finally got the barrel out, I did wipe down the barrel and did insert the new barrel.  I shot a dozen rounds of pellets and it hits well.

Regarding the regulator, what do you guys think I should do?  Do you think I should change my pressure?  It's at 2100 psi right now and with the .22, I could get good 40 shots before I need to refill.  I don't have a chrony but I kept the regulator at 2100 psi and it seems to shot close to the zero I had with my .22.  It was a little down (2 mil dots at 20 yards).  I know the power wheel had little change to my speed (when I used my friend's chrony) but wonder if my .25 would act differently.  Any shared experience is greatly appreciated.  Thanks again!
