Tuning, Anybody ever had this happen???

I was trying the ateam tune process today... Turning in the hammer spring 1 turn after each shot... Never made any difference,  I had turned it in 9 turns... The manual says you can only turn it in 6 turns and then it's supposed to spin... So I thought I'd back it out 3 turns to the middle of the adjustment and then try the hammer stroke... I could only back it out about 1.5 turns, I guess it had been spinning the whole time... Oh well, back to the start again...
Anybody have this happen to you???

It will clear the threads around 6 1/2 to 6 3/4 turns CW.

The tick every turn is a dead giveaway threads are done

Thanks... Something else to look out for... Going to try again today... Going to make sure the threads catch and it really is all the way out...

If you are running out of threads for preload adjustment, maybe it is time to swap in a stiffer hammer spring and start back with zero preload.
