Any HPA cylinder needs to be tested at LEAST once before you put air to it!!!But hey, it's your head....or other body parts that you could lose.
I also got one of those tanks and seeing I have a Shoebox compressor I figured it was better to have the dive shop get it tested and filled for the 1st time. Saves a lot of work for the Shoebox Compressor not having to fill it from 0 PSI and it needed a hydro anyway. Most dive shop do not test them themselves but have someone that doe sit for them.How's that saying go, killed two birds with one shot! LOLNorm
