Over the decades I've repaired 1000's of guitars but I can count on one hand some that I just couldn't fix. Should've been simple or at least resolvable but after hours of frustration and failure I had to come to the conclusion they were possessed and I'm not an exorcism expert so I just had to give up. A little part of you dies when you hit a wall like that.
