I emailed them asking if they can apply the coupon to my existing order, but I doubt they will.

No go on adding the coupon to my order, but Kim offered to send me a tin of pellets free for my trouble. The folks at Crosman aim to please. I told her what I would like and I got the tracking info for the package the next day. I should be getting my free pellets tomorrow. Even though it wasn't the 20% off, it is still a great gesture.
