I did some searching on these forums. Found one thread with similar issues, but no resolution.

So let me narrow my question a bit:
Poor pressure to barrel. Upon rebuilding, new seals and such, I have found inside the 357B046 Piercing Body, with all piercing pin, piercing screen removed, the port out the top of the piercing body is not machined well.
There is a flat shelf where the screen lays, slight recess in the center...the port is in the shelf, not opened to the recess.
When the screen with its solid metal surround is dropped down, the piercing pin component on top of that, seal, and all screwed down tight....the port is almost sealed shut.
My thought is a small round deburr tool on my Dremel, open that port fully into the recessed area.
Before I go jumping into that, anyone had any experience in this?
I maybe can do a photo of it.
Thanks.

I haven't had one of those for a while, but it sounds right. Looking at the
EVP
my guess would be the hole was drilled just slightly off. I personally would drill an intersecting hole from the recess, as it would be cleaner with less chance of leaving debris in the valve.
