Altaros Regulators for S510?

I'm interested in installing a regulator into my .22 cal AA S510 Ultimate Sporter (QTech Model)
Has anyone had any experience using the Altaros version. It's claimed to be drop in with no need to drill pressure chamber and the gauge also works. All sounds good but I would be interested to read a review from someone that's has  had first hand experience of these regulators?
