Spring is Near And My Disco Anxious To Start Shooting
« on: February 26, 2011, 10:22:37 AM »
Bought this Disco used a couple years back. She was like new. So I decided to learn a lil bout PCP's. Not much but enough to stay out of trouble...:)
First I made a custom power mod and then did the trigger mod. She is a .177 and perfect for shooting paper at just about any distance within 75 yards. Set her up to give me 900 fps with 10.5 Crosman CPH. I get about 40 shots per fill.

Last thing was a custom stock. Timmy cut out a Walnut stock for me and added the Air Arms style comb. Shoulders great and is a bit larger than the factory stock. I mounted a Simmons 6.5-20X50 AO Mil Dot and a set of two piece mounts. Topped her off with a TKO.

Great little PCP with lots of punch.

Gene you had better stock up on her favorite pellets. When the Shoebox compressor gets there you will be shooting it a lot more.LOL

Wow...just wow! Wished my Marauder stock looked one tenth as nice as your Disco custom.  Hopefully, might find a Katana stock cheap down the road for the Disco.

EDIT: Gene, did you ever get that riser from Jay to try? Inquiring minds want to know!

Gotta be the prettiest Disco, ever. One of these days, I should add one of those to my arsenal.

Treat everyone with dignity and respect, but have a plan to kill them; just in case.

How do you word it... "Air Guns" or "AirGuns"?
