So our own ratsniper started a project to build the most powerfull multishot pump air rifle in the world.
This is the 25cal version there is a 35 cal as well.
So far I have taken 2 grays and a racoon all one shot kills.
This squirrle was taken at 25 yards I shot through the ear!
No more worrying about running out of air. Hunting for me just got a lot better! I get 3 full power shots then pump back up. Not if it's a head shot as seen above!

Good shooting and pics thanks for sharing. Ed

Nice shooting!

Very nicely done.

I guess I hadn't seen the thread on those in so long I'd forgotten about them, glad you love the gun. Wish that I'd of had the spare cash to have put an order in for one. The finished rifle looks really nice. Haven't seen any new posts on this rifle on the dark side yet, maybe someone will post some groups and stats. Hint

This gun is shooting about 850fps with 25.4gr jsb kings

That is a beauty! Nice shooting also. Im surprised there was anything left of the head with a 25 cal hitting it.
-
Very nice shooting. That 50 yd group is impressive!

Its actually shocking how the entrance can look. Here is a squirrle I shot with my 308 WIN (http://i1062.photobucket.com/albums/t495/jeremyvanschoonhoven/20151006_125230_zpsnbxlgfwz.jpg) (http://s1062.photobucket.com/user/jeremyvanschoonhoven/media/20151006_125230_zpsnbxlgfwz.jpg.html)

.25 is perfect for squirrel... I use my 9mm Cricket and does just fine,,, one 9mm hole in and one 9mm hole out. As long as it is not Hollow point over 1000 FPS it works fine.
Just use round nose bullet or pellet and it wont hurt anything...as far as the meat is concerned.
Videos of me shooting Squirrels with my 9mm Cricket...

.25 on squirrel gives you the opportunity for body shots that with my .22 cal fx would have been a very slow kill and i would possibly lose the squirrel. With my .25 I lose fery little meat but get fast kills and more options for the shots I can take.
This year at my house I shot over 40 squirrls ground squirrls and grays. I used .177 .22 and .25 with .177 you have to take really good shots with .22 you have more options with .25 you basically need to center the furr ball in the scope. My furthest shot was 110yards at that range the .25 is a lot better choice. Lots of shots at 50 to 75 yards as well.

Really like that rifle! Great shooting!

My chronograph was suposed to be delivered today but I was gone for just l little bit and they needed a signature gahhh they say they will deliver again tomorrow but im thinking monday. Beautiful rifle and good shooting. I think that .25 is just the pill for those squirrels. The .308 might be a bit much.
-
Yea the 308 was when i was backpack hunting deer and I wanted to know if i had to if i could shoot a squirrel with my deer rifle for food without ruining all the meat and if you actually look close at the photos i didn't lose much meat. I definitely cooked that guy up and had squirrel and mountain house that night :)

Oh, for sure you could eat that squirrel. You lost ribs and spine... Mostly bones.

*Very* good shooting Jeremy! ;)
I chrono'd #2 today and it was shooting @ 752 fps on only 1400 psi with the RVA backed out 2 turns. Maxed out @ 2000 psi & full RVA yielded 872 fps with Kings.
I suppose I'll be seeing a whole bunch more critters being claimed by your Millennium soon!!!

I will be looking for bigger game to take with this bad boy.
The shroud makes the pumping the loudest thing you hear. My kalibergun criket is super quiet and on on my db meter app they are the same loudness. This is a little deeper sound and shorter duration vs the cricket.
Most of the birds. Dont even fly off after a shot
-
#2 is going hog hunting as soon as it lands in Texas - head shots on the bigger ones & body shots on the smaller ones. Time to see what my slugs out of my Millennium will do!
;)
I hope he films the hunts...

308 on a squirrel. Thats funny. Nice job on those 3 additional squirrels. Makes me hungry for a pot of squirrel and dumplings.
-
Awesome shooter and takes!
-
Great shooting and that's a really nice rifle. I had forgotten about the Millenium pumper. I see it puts out some decent power.
