Title: inside the vmx s moderator

use a round  punch to remove the end cap. there is a eight chamber insert warped in cloth wadding. it look to be one size fits all. .177 to .22. I'll try to post photo's if any one wants them.

.177, and have not shot it enough to see if is consistent. I'ts subjective but the shot cycle is comparable to my Benjamin Royal.
