Hi guys,
I bought my NP2 in .22 caliber some weeks ago, and let me say I love it ! It shoots great with Crosman Ultra Magnum pellets, Hollow Points and H&N Destroyer. I tested it on my Primos tripod and it shoots pellet on pellet at 25 yards distance. I bought an Alpha Chrony and last time I went to the range, after about 750 pellets shooting, I registered a 783.5 fps average with the Magnum Pellets (dome). I don't know if this is "the norm". I waited to chrony it now, after 750 pellets because I didn't want to have dieseling phenomenon and register higher velocities.

Congratulations! Nearly 20 ft-lbs and stacking pellets is a nice combination of features. Many people tune their magnums to that 19-20 ft-lbs range to get a nice balance of plenty of power without excessive harshness and recoil.
Enjoy!

That does seem like the trend. To have a gun that shoots well, we usually start with a more powerful gun than we need and tune it down to make a nice shooter. Glad your gun shoots well as-is.

Thank you guys. I am new in airguns and the NP2 is my first, but I may say I find it more challenging and fun to shoot it than my 22lr. I find it is hold sensitive, but once you figure it out, it is very accurate and consistent.

The NP2 is a nice AG no doubt!
I have mine setup with Bipods and it's a great 35 - 45 yard gun for me.

Cool bipod! What make, and how did you mount it around the cocking arm?

Nice one ! And the bipod looks good on it ! Ok, I've found how to post a photo. Here is mine.
