Title: Chop, chop!

I´ve been meaning to shorten the stock for a while.

Shouldering this feels soooo much better now.  This also allowed me to go back to normal rings on it  (I had offset mounts to bring the scope back further on the rifle):

Hey Matt,
Are you going to add a recoil pad of some sort?

I was tempted to cut a ( in the stock and add back the OEM pad, but never did :P.
Now the longer stock, fits nicely with the "Beast" or "Bazooka" label I've attached to my Hatsan 135 ;D

Matt,

How much did you cut the stock?

I cut about three inches off (including the spacing from the pad).  Here's about where I cut:

And yes, I will try to find a pad to add back to it.  (I'm open to suggestions!)

Steve's use of velcro on his 125 vortex got me think and and then digging trough my junk draw...   I came up with some self-adhesive felt pad that was fairly thick.  I think this will work out OK for the short term!
