Wow - some real eye candy on that link. Check out the Model 52 "Superior" and the 470TH. I'm in love

I believe this might be the same as the 240 but with more power and a better trigger. Sort of like the old Diana 27. Diana was making 28's but not selling them here, only Canada. Might have to go north of the border for a 280. And then it will be shooting something like 495fps.

Ya, some nice rifles. Looks like they are upgrading the stocks on them. I'm not sure, but some have not been released yet in the U.S., and not even sure the Umarex will import them. I sent Uamarex an e-mail asking about the 430 a few weeks ago, but never did receive a reply. :(

Nicer wood, too, if the picture above is anything to go by. I have a Canadian-version of the 28 from 1982, which was de-tuned to about 550 fps, several years prior to the long gun registry shenanigans of the late 1990s.

From what's been discussed on the Dianawerk Collective, the 430 and some other models won't be imported by UmarexUSA. Consider that Airguns of Arizona imports the new 56TH, not UmarexUSA. Do wish they would get in the 280, though. I believe that will also have the new, much improved and (important to many) metal trigger.
Gene, I just sent AoA an email asking if they were going to import the 280? Maybe put a bug in their ear?
