My initial thought was....a little dangerous (to say the least) to be standing at the target area  with a remote in one hand camera in other?
You setting up a Mrod sentry zone? (pests beware at your house)!

No just testing a rest I made.

Not as dangerous as a lot of things I have been a lot closer to.  A shear or puch press has a lot more power and you must be within inches or feet vs yards of them but I understand where your coming from.

Would certainly be unsafe setup like your link;)

The setup in the link has an intended purpose....specifically intended to be unsafe when it comes to targets downrange

Edit.....I had no idea some comp shooters use remote triggers....... (learn something new every day).
