Below are some pics of a shroud I've designed for the CP1 CO2 pistol. The OD is 24mm and there is 100mm in front of the muzzle with two baffles. This is a .177 version with baffle holes at 5.5mm. It is of course vented to the section that encloses the barrel. It is recessed to slide over the CO2 cylinder with 1.5mm of clearance. There is a set screw in the same location as the OE muzzle brake to secure the shroud. The flat on top is located such that the original front sight can be used. The top of the front sight will be the same height as stock. I need to add a hole for the screw that secures the front sight. This is a draft version and I still need to add filleting and camfers on the edges. The draft design was uploaded to Sculpteo http://goo.gl/jyyqmQ (http://goo.gl/jyyqmQ). I've had other stuff printed by Sculpteo and they've turned out really nice. I'd appreciate any feedback as I don't know much about airgun shroud design other than what I've gleaned from the interweb. Once I finalize the design I'll order one and post some pics with it on my CP1.

I would be curious how it looked and worked out for you.

Here's a pic of the final version that Sculpteo is printing for me. About $36 shipped from France to Utah. Should be in my hands in a week or so.
