My build is now complete. ;D ;D ;D
AirTank (http://www.ebay.com/itm/371107005440?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT): $115+$15(s/h)
Gauge (http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VKSPNTE?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00): $150
Whip (http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K7Z0CYW?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00): $17
Mesh wrap (http://www.mcmaster.com/#4764t6/=y72mdm): $4
Handle/Strap (http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B000T03WC4?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01): $25
Fittings (http://airhog.com/A13_Quick_Connect.html): $7
HydroTest + Fill (http://www.oxarc.com/industrial_medical_gases.ydev): $60
Total: $393
I probably could have cut about $100 from the total by building my own fill assembly, but I felt that was one area I shouldn’t skimp on. I could have cut another $40 by using the other vendor (http://www.cfireinc.com/service.html)for the test and fill.

What? No pictures? Disappointed . . .

Oops

Expensive for a 21 cu in bottle outfit.
Lack of pertinent details leaves good or bad value speculation on what you wound up with.:)
-
It's 65.5 cf. I should get 40+ fills on my marauder with it.

Congratulations and enjoy. Seems like many are taking advantage of SCBA tanks with a few or more years of age on them listed on E Bay. I already had a Guppy which is the name given to a 17 cf CF tank sold by Air Tanks for Sale but decided I wanted more HPA storage capacity so purchased a Scott 60 min. / 87 cf EOL for $140 shipped on E Bay and a SCBA fill unit from Air Hog minus hose but with 1/8" Foster for $136 delivered.

Hey ztirffritz,
Nice do it yourself job ;) - Thanks for sharing.
I may go this route in the future in lieu of pumping.
