Title: Where Can the Casual Shooter to Find a Chrono (Delaware)

Any suggestions?  I don't shoot enough to buy one but am crurious what kind of numbers my 2100 is putting out and when my NPSS comes, I will really want to chrono it.

What do you guys do?  Do gun stores let you use theirs with/without a fee?  I live in Delaware if by chance someone is very kind and local or knows first hand.   ;)

I don't own a chrono but I do live in Delaware. So I would also like to hear if someone has one nearby.

You might try to look up how to use Audacity as a chrony.
