Great price but the Thumbhole model looks like the comb is WAY TOO LOW

I agree, they really should have added an extra couple inches to account for the receiver.

Jason (Golddregger) used a Boyd's Blaster stock for my Marauder. He used a kit to raise the comb.
BTW a good gauge on comb height is the adjustment port for HS/HT because as we know the rifle action sits on the air tank.
It is just about perfect for me:

Boyds used the Feather Weight Thumbhole stock instead of the Blaster Thumbhole which was a mistake.

When I started inletting Boyd's stocks I offered the Blaster as well as the Feather Weight and discontinued the Feather Weight after inletting the 1st  one as the comb was WAY TOO LOW.

Oh well I guess they must know what they are doing!

My bottled disco has that same stock and it drives me bonkers with how low the comb is. I really need to add one of those riser kits !
