I am sure you can, though get ready for a workout.

granted my disco double is only a 2k psi fill however I have filled it from zero.  I quickly bought a tank

Only issue ... as with most pcp's is HOW WELL valve seals with little to no pressure against it.
Many poppet valves weep under low pressure ( Sub 500# there abouts ) and if rifles EMPTY of air, filling off a lower volume per stroke hand pump you may have trouble getting past this initial pressure required to stop the valve weeping ???

Once you have @ 1000# in tank ( Which is lower pressure than would shoot down too ) topping off the tank to 200bar is a non issue.

Just some FYI   ;)

Geoffrey, that is why I built the Redneck, no hand pumping. Motorhead, that was what I read somewhere, just want to double check, would not want to buy a rifle I can't fill with a handpump. I have no access to a tank. Thanks, Robert.
