Neighbor just got this new,.177.  Says made in China on the barrel. I'm guessing that it is a Xisico B28? Or is it another manufacturer?

Not sure about that but I just got one and its a pretty darn good shooter.  I like the fiber optic sights and also mounted a 3 x 9 x 32 scope with AO and it does well so far.  It likes the Crossman Destroyer pellets.  Three tree rats died of lead poisoning.  At twenty yards I am getting massive penetration with them.
