I have officially joined (key in Darth Vader's entrance hymn) the Darkside! I just ordered a Hatsan AT44S-10 Long QE refurbished from Air gun pro shop. I also ordered a refurbished Air Venturi G4 pump from Pyramid Air. I could not resist the $366.00 price tag for a well reviewed and great gun. I'm looking forward to the adventures I will be having with my first pcp.

Dude, you're screwed now... You may just as well have thrown your wallet out the window. You also better start earning points with your other half [if you have one], you'll need them! And lastly, it's all well worth it! ; )

Congrats.
You will be like "did this thing shoot?" the first time shooting it, compared to a springer. Be sure to pump indoors in the a/c in our climate, to mitigate moisture intrusion. Look to fab a large volume desiccant filter for pump intake air.

Man, I just looked at that website and that refurbed gun. That seems like a whole lot of gun for a really good price. I'm hoping you keep us posted with some reviews after you get it and do some shooting.

Yup, its going be a lot of "Yes ma'am" for the next 6 months for me.

I was leaning hard to the at44, then my buddy sold me my current MROD on the cheap so he could get a new one so here i am, i would love to shoot one some tim though

Congratulations on your new gun ! I had been looking at that gun also, but found a BT-65 for a good price and took the plunge into the dark side. The mail man delivered my gun today and UPS just dropped off my pump. All I need now is my Foster fitting and pellets to get here :'(

Congrats on your new gun, just be prepared to plunge deeper into the dark, PCPs are like potato chips you just can't have one. Have fun! :D

I was looking on getting a MROD when they were on sale at $399 on Trenier Outdoors last week but missed out.

;D :o Don't say you weren't warned. Adult AG's are a slippery slope and PCP is the most easily shot with a fair degree of accuracy. As stated earn brownie points with SWMBO ( she who must be obeyed ) also find a good hiding place for the receipts you must never let her find out about the true cost of your addiction. Additionally never allow her to find your password for the GTA we will cover for you as best we can but remember discretion is the better part of valor

The grass ain't always greener for locale. I bought a 4500 psi tank assuming that, and nary a filler locally. Stuck now with 3500 scuba tank, which stunk with my Crickets hungry rez's.
