After I resize my photo and post my photo it looks like I don't know what I'm doing! I see some that are great...How do you mates accomplish this?

BEST way is upload quality photos onto photobucket.com and just insert the URL in your post.

Now, if you're looking for a more complicated approach ;D ... scan at 150 dpi with a sheet of coloured paper behind the target, then save as a jpeg file with a quality level of ~30% is what I do. The lower jpeg quality setting blurs the target a little, but the 150 dpi resolution compensates. I find this to be a good compromise that comfortably stays under the GTA attachment file size limit, but looks good.
