Took my 100x apart last night to see about cleaning and relubing the piston. The only way I see for the cocking arm to come out is to remove the rivits holding it to the tube. Do these come apart easy, or am I tilting at windmills again?
The factory piston lube seems to be a bit thin, but the factory did put enough in for it to work. The trigger was a little dry, do did a lube on it.
Any suggestions?????

I have not looked at tearing mine down, so tagging this for when I do.

that's the only way to get that sucker apart. unless you've got a press, you're better off taking it to a local machine shop. those things are in there tight. while you're at it, you could have them make you a couple of hardened pins, with clips to make reassembly, and, subsequent disassembly/maintenance easier.
while we're on the subject, take pictures of everything you take apart, especially the trigger. it makes reassembly a WHOLE LOT easier.

Great idea, Longhunter. That is what I thought too, but you never know without asking. The gun shoots well,, but am still getting smoke from the barrel when shooting. About 100 pellets so far.
It doesn't like JSB pellets, though. The Gamo wadcutters, on the other hand, are piling up on each other. I am going to order some RWS/Gamo/JSB wadcutters and continue the experiment.
I did mount a CP 4-16x40 WallyWorld scope in it this week. Have to shim the rear ring as it has barrel droop. You wouldn't think that a fixed barrel has droop, but it is there. I suppose that the barrel/outer barrel has a little play in the muzzle end as the breech end is quite solid with no play.
Thanks everyone for chiming is and enjoy the summer!!!

To take that flared pin out of the cocking lever, you just need a motorbike chain breaker. It will push it through. However, you need to replace it with a hardened pin with a E clip to hold it in place. I have done it on my Hatsan 155 torpedo.

Checking in so I can follow this thread. Got a 155 and a 100x and some other turkey guns

I have a 100x and on mine there is a pin that holds the cocking arm to the receiver about 3 inches under the pressed in pivot flared pin you mentioned . I removed that pin and was able to remove the cocking arm from the piston. I need to find a source for a new piston seal unless ARH is back in business as mine is trash. I hope this helps.

Check with vortex. He should have seals.

I tried vortex they have the spring but not the piston seal. I could get a replacement from hatsan but I would prefer a better quality seal. Thanks for the suggestion though.
