Title: can a 22xx barrel be put on a PRod

Was wondering if this is possible. The only things that I have concern about is the o-ring in the barrel and is the hole for the transfer port big enough, was wondering what the rest of you might think.
I need a barrel and a guy has a 22xx crosman barrel, was wondering if it would work. Will cut and crown to length if it will work.

I believe the transfer port is too close to the end, and it doesn't have an O-ring in that space.... It could be shortened and then an O-ring groove, new port, and chamber cut, of course....

Bob is correct.  I have looked at challenger (LW) barrel for the Mrod and 2300S (LW) barrel for Prod.  It is not a drop in.   

Cut barrel, new leade, new TP and o-ring groove, or make a thimble.
