It warmed up to the upper 20s to day and I had some time to get out and shoot. Set up some targets at 50 yards and let her rip. Lessons learned:
1) Like shooting when there's some snow in the air. You can truly see the direction and speed.
2) The Aeon scope is really nice. However, it seems to me that each click changes the POI more than what I'm used to as compared to my UTGs.
3) The difference between wearing gloves and not can be tremendous between groups.
5) The AA s510 likes a 175 bar fill better than a 200 bar fill. Someday when the snow melts I WILL properly chrony it...
6) It's entirely possible to get 35 good shots on high power.
I shot left to right starting with the top-left target. These were JSB 18s and I had the power adjuster on high. Each group is 5-shots. I started the 175 bar fill on the 3rd row down and 2nd target from the left.

;D You absolutely have to love the S510 , I know I love my .177 it is accurate and fairly air efficient . I fill mine to 180 Bar and shoot down to 100 Bar with very little poi drop for 40 shots on 3/4 power

Seems like you're getting good results with your S510. Any time you get 35 good shots with this rifle is very good.

Nice shooting Matt. Really nice considering its a new rifle and you haven't done any shooting in months. Next time put something recognizable in the photo like a quarter or dime for perspective.

Thanks Sam we'll have to connect after the weather breaks! For reference the targets are 3 inches with the red bullseye being 1/2 inch diameter.
